Bell&Ross BR 02 Chronograph

Bell&Ross BR 02 Chronograph Looking at Bell&Ross watches with their rugged design, one instantly understands that these timepieces are not created for wearing them for formal occasions. They should be worn while their owner is enjoying active rest activities outdoors – bicycling, swimming, fishing, trekking, paragliding, skiing, or diving.
The Bell&Ross BR 02 Chronograph was created for exactly such purpose - to help divers to keep track of time underwater. To make the dial of the watch easy to read even at the darkest depths of the ocean, the large hand and hour markers of the watch were coated with a luminescent compound. The only element of the dial that is not quite so easily visible is the tiny date display window between four and five o’clock, but divers hardly need to know what day it is underwater.
The unidirectional bezel with a 60 minute scale makes it possible to register the elapsed time of a dive. What makes this bezel distinctive is that it is internal and is set with a secondary crown – most diver’s watches out there are equipped with a rotating bezel outside the dial.
The Bell&Ross BR 02 Chronograph has a necessary feature for diving – it can withstand extremely high pressure levels. The pressure inside the watch case is balanced with external pressure thanks to the helium decompression valve. The water-resistance of the timepiece is also impressive – it is waterproof to 1000 m. The rubber strap of the Bell&Ross BR 02 Chronograph is flexible enough to fit easily over the diver’s arm in a diving suit.
Though the timepiece qualifies for the most trying diving conditions, it also has an edgy, muscular design that makes it a highly fashionable accessory that almost every man would like to wear on his arm.
